At Jacaraanda, we believe in the power of community and collaboration. Our mission is to create a platform for the rural women of Arkha to showcase their skills and earn a livelihood. We strongly believe in fair trade practices and our aim is to bridge the gap between skilled artisans and interested buyers.
Each product made by our artisans is unique and carries a story of hard work and perseverance. We take great pride in the fact that we are able to provide a market for these products and support the livelihoods of these skilled women.
Our range of products includes pickles, preserves, Moonj baskets, macrame and crochet items. We source our materials locally, ensuring that we contribute to the local economy and also promote sustainability. Our pickles and preserves are made with locally grown fruits and vegetables, ensuring that the product is both fresh and healthy. The Moonj baskets are available in a variety of sizes and colours, making them perfect for home decor and gifting purposes. Our macrame and crochet products are made with high-quality yarns, making them durable and long-lasting.
We are constantly exploring new avenues to promote the talents of the rural women of Arkha and other close by villages. We plan to introduce new crafts and techniques, while also expanding our product range. Our ultimate goal is to provide a platform for these women to become financially independent and lead a dignified life.
Thank you for supporting us in our journey. We hope you enjoy our products and continue to support our cause.
