About the fruit: Kathal, also known as Jackfruit one of the largest tree-borne fruits in the world. It's a versatile fruit that can be used in many ways, from currys to ice cream to pickles. It's also used as a substitute for meat cause of its texture. It's packed with nutrients and provides great dietary fiber. 

About the pickle: This is a rich traditional Indian pickle that is blended well with mustard oil and spices. 

Ingredients: Jackfruit, mustard oil, salt, spices, vinegar. 

Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Tastes best with All savoury foods, especially Parathas. 

 Always serve with a dry spoon to preserve the longevity of the pickle.
