About the vegetable: Garlic has a very long history. It was found in the pyramids of Egypt. There is also evidence that garlic was given to Greek athletes as "performance-enhancing" agents in the original Olympics. Garlic is a powerhouse of nutrients and is a rich source of vitamin B6, vitamin C, and manganese along with other nutrients.
About the Pickle: A mildly spicy and delicious garlic pickle marinated with various spices and turmeric that contains curcumin which has anti-inflammatory properties and is an antioxidant.
Ingredients: Garlic, Mustard Oil, Turmeric, Salt, Spices.
Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacture.
Tastes best with any savoury meal, ranging from paneer, potato, or just about anything with ghee.
Always serve with a dry spoon to preserve the longevity of the pickle.
