Ginger Garlic & Chili Pickle
About the ingredients: Ginger- Ginger has a long history of being used in traditional and alternative medicine. It's been used to aid digestion, reduce nausea and fight the common cold. Garlic- Rich source of vitamins B6, C, and manganese. Green Chili- Loaded with Vitamin C and Beta-carotene. Contains Capsaicin, which gives the chili its spiciness and also helps fight the common cold and sinus infections. Chili has anti-bacterial properties.
About the Pickle: This is a mildly spicy pickle because the taste of the green chillies is blended with the zesty ginger and the unique flavour of garlic. The 3 main ingredients mixed together form a mouth-watering pickle. ~ Hand-made in small batches by the rural women of Arkha, Uttar Pradesh. No added preservatives. ~
Ingredients: Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Salt, Mustard Oil, Turmeric, Spices.
Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Serve with a dry spoon to preserve the longevity of the pickle.
